Shipping

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping via Canada Post to anywhere in Canada or the U.S.!

***All orders are packed and shipped out within 1-2 business days***

Shipping charges include insurance; however, only Xpresspost has tracking.

NOTE: US and International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. Contact your local customs office to find out what these may be.

NOTE FOR CANADIAN ORDERS: Most orders can ship via oversize letter post (packed securely an a stiff cardboard envelope) to save you money. Because the envelopes are so close to the 2 cm limit (except for sample orders), they occasionally get sent back, which can delay the arrival of your order. If this is a concern for you, please choose Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost in the cart. Items at highest risk of being sent back include foundations, veils, blushes, bronzers, and glows (basically, anything packaged in the 10g and 20g jars).

Payment

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit cards are processed through PayPal's secure server, but you don't need a PayPal account.

Note: residents of Canada will be charged GST or HST (BC 12%, ON 13%, NB 13%, NS 15%, NL 13%, all other provinces 5%)

Coupons

To redeem a coupon/voucher, just enter the coupon code in the voucher box in the shopping cart and click "recalculate". The discount will be applied immediately. Only one coupon or special offer may be used per purchase.

Gift Certificates

How to redeem: Add items to your cart as usual. When you are ready to check out, enter the code in gift voucher box in the shopping cart and click "recalculate".

Gift certificates can be used for any products (except other gift certificates) on the website and for shipping and taxes.

You do not have to use the full amount on the gift certificate; however, the remainder cannot be saved for future purchases.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. We offer affordable samples ($1 each), so you can try out most of our products before committing to the full size. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please send an email to chantal@cheekycosmetics.com and I will do my best to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is my number one priority.

Environment

We are committed to doing our part for the environment. This website is powered by green energy (wind and solar) through Host Papa. We try to package products with as few materials as possible and we use recycled materials whenever possible. Most orders are shipped in a stiff cardboard envelope with no printed invoice (unless you request one). This also keeps our shipping costs low!

Privacy

All credit card information is submitted to and stored with PayPal on their secure servers. We will not disclose any of your personal information, or any information provided in surveys to any third parties.

Other Notes:

Items may appear slightly different due to variations in the way monitors display colors and the difficulty in accurately reproducing colors in photography. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and texture may occur from batch to batch. This should not affect the quality of the product.
