This all-natural, water-based eye shadow primer is made with pure organic rose water and calendula to soften and soothe sensitive skin while bringing out the intense color of the eye shadow.
Directions:
Mix one drop of primer with a sprinkle of eye shadow in the lid of the container, forming a paste. Apply to eye lid, blending as it dries.
OR
Apply a small drop to eye lid and blend, allowing to dry. Then, apply powder as usual.
*Note: this primer is very concentrated - less is more. For a more natural, less intense look, primer can be diluted with water.
